Contract decorating bottles & containers? This estimate reflects our standard semi-automatic production lines. For runs over 100k, we can often do better on our high-speed automatic lines — especially multi-color in-line printing. Send your part and annual volume and we'll sharpen the number. Have a competitive quote elsewhere? Send it to us and we will do our best to meet or beat it.
Multi-color pad: this estimate assumes a standard pad line. High-speed multi-color lines are often a better fit but need more extensive tooling — best to contact us.

Tooling. Custom holding fixtures are often required for repeatability, precision, and production efficiency — quoted on request as a one-time cost.

* Full-value liability covers customer-supplied parts worth $25.00 or more when the value is declared at time of order. Limited scrap is normal in contract decorating — industry average is ~2.5% per color; Flow-Eze typically holds it to ~1%, though scrap should be expected on higher-volume, lower-cost items. We recommend supplying overage on multi-color and high-volume runs.
